V Pilates is a small, boutique studio in Staplehurst that offers group matwork Pilates classes and personal 1-2-1 sessions. The studio is fully equipped with a Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Spine Corrector and a range of smaller equipment to offer clients a wide variety of exercises to help improve posture, strength and flexibility.

The mat classes held in the studio are kept small (max 6 people) to enable more personal attention. We use small equipment to enhance the exercises and always offer adaptations or modifications to cater for every individual.
