V Pilates offers personal training sessions on the larger apparatus – Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze and Spine Corrector.

1-2-1 sessions benefit every body. Individual programmes will be uniquely designed to cater for your body, your ability and your goals. They are especially beneficial for clients with specific needs such as injuries, rehabilitation, pre & post natal and orthopaedic issues.

The Reformer and Cadillac offer a whole host of wonderful exercises to suit everyone. They operate with spring-based resistance to simultaneously deliver support and challenge to the body as it moves through the exercises.
